- Booking Confirmation and Delivery
- All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment is made.

- Once the payment is received, we ensure to share reports through digital channels like email or WhatsApp.
- We are committed to providing ordered report within 3 working days.
- If because of any reason your report is not delivered in 3 working days, we request you to check your SPAM/Junk folder of your mailbox.

- Cancellation Policy
- We don’t have any cancellation policy. Once the order is placed, we start to fulfil that order and deliver within 3 working days.
- All orders placed are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for confirmed orders under any circumstances.
